Design and development is an iterative process. Together we'll work through every aspect of your project. You'll have plenty of opportunity to provide feedback and input along the way, as we work collaboratively to bring our shared vision to life.
Together we'll explore the problems you're trying to solve and the outcomes you expect.
This could be as simple as designing a logo for your new company, or more complex like re-writing an entire website.
We'll scope out the project, ensuring we both understand what we're trying to achieve.
From logos to websites, I'll design whatever's required for your project.
You'll get plenty of opportunity to feedback and request changes to whatever we're working on.
If we're designing a logo or branding I'll provide you with any useful assets, brand guidelines, font files and anything else required. Together we'll implement the visual identity across your organisation.
If your project requires web or software development this will come next. There's still the opportunity to make changes to visual aspects of the design, but the priority now is to create whatever functionality your project requires.
I'll let you see the work at various intervals, inviting feedback as we test the website or software together across different devices.
Once the project is nearing completion I'll invite you to provide any more feedback, so that any final improvements can be made before launch.
We'll agree on a launch date and time for your project and I'll make sure all the infrastructure is in place to support your website or application once it goes live.
This could include things like setting up mailing lists, implementing a social media strategy or designing flyers, posters or print adverts for your business.
I form long-term partnerships with my clients and provide on-going support to ensure things keep running smoothly. I've been working with many of my clients for over 15 years.

For over 15 years I've worked with organisations of all kinds. I've designed websites, built IT systems and implemented comprehensive digital marketing strategies which have delivered impact and growth for my clients.
I'm based in Whitby, UK, and work with organisations locally and nationally. I form long-term partnerships and provide ongoing support and advice to help my clients reach their goals.
