Jack of All Trades

I once considered ‘Jack of all trades’ as a business name, but it’s a bit derogatory, so decided against it.

But for over 18 years I’ve been providing web & graphic design, software development, hosting, digital marketing and general IT support to other small businesses. A whole host of services under one roof.

🧠 This year I’m shifting my mindset.

I’ve been around the block. I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly of running a one-person design agency. I’ve adapted and overcome. And I’ve seen the inside of hundreds of other small businesses, helping them think through their digital strategy and communication.

💪 From the perspective of my clients, my lack of specialism is a strength. And my long-term sustainability and adaptability is a superpower.

👋 If you’re a lone ranger like me, keep going! But don’t do it alone, there are lots of us running this marathon together. Reach out and stay in touch, ask for help and make the most of opportunities to connect.

Why not connect with me on LinkedIn or Bluesky, or send me an email. I’m always interested to chat with other freelancers, hear about their work and build connections.
