A few weeks ago, one of my regular clients asked me to look at producing a set of ‘welcome packs’ for the guest bedrooms in their bed and breakfast here in Whitby. They had produced the original packs themselves, and now, a few years later, the folders had worn out and the information was out of date and uninviting to look at.
As well as researching the new information and producing a document which can be easily updated to accommodate changes in the future, I designed a promotional ‘Wish You Were Here’ postcard for guests’ use and organised the production of a set of high quality folders in which to display the information, breakfast menus and attraction leaflets.
